1. Scope
This policy covers purchases made on store.championspirit.com and shipped from our French warehouse. It supplements our Terms of Use.
2. EU Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

3. Returns outside the European Union
For orders delivered outside the EU, returns are accepted only if:

the product is defective; or

we shipped the wrong item/size.
Notify us by e-mail within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is borne by you unless the error is ours (we then issue a prepaid label). After inspection we offer:

a replacement (subject to stock); or

a full refund of the purchase price.
4. EU Legal Guarantee of Conformity
EU consumers also enjoy a statutory 2-year conformity guarantee, irrespective of this policy.
5. Practical Steps

Authorisation : our support issues a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and the shipping address:

Packaging : pack securely (sturdy box + protective wrap). Include RMA and invoice.

Tracking : keep proof of shipment. We are not liable until the parcel reaches us.
6. Processing time
We inspect and process refunds/exchanges within 5 business days of receipt and send confirmation by e-mail.
7. Non-returnable items
Gift cards • Customised goods • Unsealed hygiene items (e.g., mouthguards) • Used, dirty or modified products.
