How do I choose my size?

Each product sheet includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the perfect fit.

If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size for optimal comfort.

How do I care for my clothes?

To preserve the quality of your items:

  • Machine wash them at 30°C, inside out
  • Avoid the dryer
  • Do not use fabric softener, this will damage the technical fibers.
  • Let air dry

Specific instructions are available on the inside label of each garment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is payment secure?

Orders & Delivery

What are the delivery times and methods?

  • France – Home delivery: Colissimo (48 working hours after dispatch)
  • Europe – Home delivery: UPS Standard (2 to 5 working days depending on the country)
  • Outside Europe – Home delivery: UPS Express Saver (2 to 4 working days)
  • France – Relay point: Chronopost Shop2Shop (2 to 4 working days)
  • Europe – Relay point: Chronopost Shop2Shop Europe (3 to 6 working days)

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order, based on the weight of your package, your delivery address, and the shipping method selected.

France:

  • Home delivery with Colissimo: €4.95
  • Free home delivery for orders over €90
  • Free delivery for orders over €50 with Chronopost Point Relais 2Shop

European Union / United Kingdom / Switzerland:

  • Home delivery with UPS: €5.95
  • Free home delivery for orders over €90
  • Free delivery for orders over €50 with Chronopost Point Relais 2Shop

International:

  • Home delivery with UPS Express Saver: €7.95
  • Free delivery for orders over €75

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver across Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and the Bahamas through our logistics partners UPS and Chronopost.

Within Europe, delivery is available to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Slovenia, and Slovakia.

How do I choose my pickup location?

If you choose Chronopost 2Shop pickup point delivery, once your payment has been made and your order validated, you will be automatically redirected to a page displaying the available pickup points near your address.

You can then select the Chronopost pickup point that best suits you for receiving your order.

A confirmation email will then be sent to you with a summary of your order, the selected delivery method, and the chosen pickup point.

How do I track my order?

Account

Do I need an account to order?

No, creating an account is not required to order.

However, having an account allows you to track your orders, manage your information, and access your purchase history more quickly.

Can I change my personal information?

Yes. Log in to your account and go to “My Information” to update your address, email, or password.

How to create an account?

Plus

You can create an account at any time by clicking on the “My Account” icon at the top of the site, then on “Create an account”.


All you need to do is enter your name, email address and a secure password.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click on “Forgot your password?” from the login page, enter your email address and follow the reset link received in your inbox.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item if it does not meet your expectations.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. After this period, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to accept your return request.

Return process:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email and provide your order number along with the name associated with the order.
  2. Once your request has been approved, we will send you a return label by email to print.
  3. Place the items back in their original packaging and return your parcel.
  4. Once your return has been received and approved by our team, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are covered by us.

How to make an exchange?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or model, we kindly invite you to request a refund and place a new order.

  • Return your parcel using the provided return label

Your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the return has been received and approved.
