Orders & Delivery
What are the delivery times and methods? Plus
  • France – Home delivery: Colissimo (48 working hours after dispatch)
  • Europe – Home delivery: UPS Standard (2 to 5 working days depending on the country)
  • Outside Europe – Home delivery: UPS Express Saver (2 to 4 working days)
  • France – Relay point: Chronopost Shop2Shop (2 to 4 working days)
  • Europe – Relay point: Chronopost Shop2Shop Europe (3 to 6 working days)

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Plus

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us if it does not suit you.
Products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

How to make an exchange? Plus

We do not offer direct exchange.
If you would like another size or another model, we invite you to:

  1. Return the original item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order on our e-shop.
How many days can I return an item? Plus

Returns are possible up to 14 days after the delivery date .

After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your return.

Are I responsible for return shipping costs? Plus

Yes, return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the event of an error on our part (defective item or item not conforming to the order).

Each product sheet includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the perfect fit.

If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size for optimal comfort.

What is special about your technical textiles? Plus

Our clothing is designed with high-performance technical materials, designed to combine breathability, freedom of movement and durability.

Each fabric is carefully selected to meet the demands of sports practice while maintaining an elegant everyday style.

How do I care for my clothes? Plus

To preserve the quality of your items:

  • Machine wash them at 30°C, inside out
  • Avoid the dryer
  • Do not use fabric softener, this will damage the technical fibers.
  • Let air dry

Specific instructions are available on the inside label of each garment.

What payment methods do you accept? Plus

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
Is payment secure? Plus

Yes. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption and processed through certified payment gateways.
We do not store your banking data at any time.

Can I pay in installments? Plus

Payment in installments is not available at this time.

Do I need an account to order? Plus

No, creating an account is not required to order.

However, having an account allows you to track your orders, manage your information, and access your purchase history more quickly.

How to create an account? Plus

You can create an account at any time by clicking on the “My Account” icon at the top of the site, then on “Create an account”.


All you need to do is enter your name, email address and a secure password.

I forgot my password, what should I do? Plus

Don't panic!

Click on “Forgot your password?” from the login page, enter your email address and follow the reset link received in your inbox.

Can I change my personal information? Plus

Yes. Log in to your account and go to “My Information” to update your address, email, or password.
