Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • European Union
  • United Kingdom

  • Canada
  • Switzerland

Order Processing Times

Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays), subject to product availability.

Estimated Delivery Times

Mainland France: 2 to 4 business days

Europe: 3 to 6 business days

United Kingdom / Switzerland: 4 to 7 business days

North America: 5 to 10 business days

These delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the time of year or exceptional circumstances (strikes, customs, etc.).

Shipping Methods

We work with reliable partners such as Colissimo, Chronopost, and UPS.
You will be offered a choice of carrier at checkout based on your geographic location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total value of your order, your delivery address, and the shipping method selected.

France, Monaco and Corse

  • Home delivery with Colissimo: €4.95
  • Free home delivery on orders over €90
  • Free delivery on orders over €50 with Chronopost 2Shop Pickup Point

European Union / United Kingdom / Switzerland

  • Home delivery with UPS: €5.95
  • Free home delivery on orders over €90
  • Free delivery on orders over €50 with Chronopost 2Shop Pickup Point (excluding the United Kingdom)

International (outside Europe – North America, Bahamas, Australia)

  • Home delivery with UPS Express Saver: $10
  • Free delivery on orders over $80

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number
to track your package in real time.

Taxes and Customs Duties

For shipments outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, etc.),
customs duties or local taxes may be charged upon delivery.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Undelivered Packages / Returns to Sender

If a package is returned to the sender due to an incomplete, missing, or unclaimed address,
the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
