Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)

These terms and conditions govern sales made on the store.championspirit.com website between:

Hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”
and
Any natural person of legal age making a purchase via the website
Hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”

1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer in connection with the online sale of products offered by Champion Spirit.

2. Products

The essential characteristics of the products are listed on each product page.
The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.

3. Order

The order is confirmed once payment is accepted.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Champion Spirit reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already placed.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via the following methods:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

Apple Pay / Google Pay

Payment is secured via the Shopify Payments platform.
No installment payment plans are currently available.

6. Delivery

France: Colissimo (home delivery), Chronopost Shop2Shop (pickup point)

Europe: UPS Standard (home delivery), Chronopost Shop2Shop Europe (pickup point)

Outside Europe: UPS Express Saver

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.
Champion Spirit cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility (unless there is an error on our part).
No exchanges are offered: please place a new order.

9. Legal Warranties

The products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code)
and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

10. Liability

Champion Spirit shall not be held liable for any indirect damages related to the use of the website or the purchase of a product.

11. Personal Data

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Customer may exercise their rights by writing to sav@championspirit.com.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (text, images, videos, logo, etc.) are the exclusive property of Champion Spirit
and may not be reproduced without authorization.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought.
Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
