Refund policy
At Champion Spirit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days to return it to us.
1. Return Policy
You may return an item under the following conditions:
The return must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the order
The product must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
Accessories (packaging, bags, boxes, etc.) must also be returned in their original condition
Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be refunded
2. Return Procedure

Return process:
- Contact our customer service team by email and provide your order number along with the name associated with the order.
- Once your request has been approved, we will send you a return label by email to print.
- Place the items back in their original packaging and return your parcel.
Return shipping costs are covered by us.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email
If the return meets our criteria, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method
We do not offer exchanges: to order a different size or item, simply place a new order
4. Defective products or order errors
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately upon receipt at:

We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund
5. Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:
Gift cards
Items purchased during final clearance sales or “last chance” sales, unless defective
